Sandy was shot while selling raffle tickets.

A 29-year-old [trans woman], identified as Sancle da Silva Gomes and known as Sandy, 29, was shot dead on Wednesday night (4) in the town of Tijucussu, in the rural area of ​​Cascavel, in Greater Fortaleza. She was selling raffles at the time of the crime and was the second [trans] victim of violence in Ceará in four days [the other being Samylla Marry Windson].

The victim had no criminal record. According to the Military Police, she worked selling raffles. Several pistol capsules were found next to the victim's body.
